Simply Grilled Pork Chops
So simple and so delicious!

Ingredients

boneless or bone in pork chops (about 1 -1/4 pounds), 1/2- inch thick
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
barbecue sauce - store bought or homemade
|
|
|
Directions:
Place chops on greased rack over medium hot coals. Grill for 5 minutes, baste with your favorite barbecue sauce. Turn frequently and continue basting for another 5 to 6 minutes until chops are cooked through.
Serve chops with additional barbecue sauce and other sides to make it a complete meal.
